  • Free shipping of smaller items

Items marked with the "Free Shipping" logo will be shipped for free to your home by a carrier that may vary (FedEx, UPS, etc.). A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as the order is sent, to know the delivery date. Delivery delays vary depending on the products and their availability. The items are always disassembled.

  • Free express shipping of smaller items
    Items marked with the "Free Express Shipping" logo will be shipped for free directly from the supplier to your home, with a carrier that may vary (UPS, FedEx, etc.). A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as the order is sent, to know the delivery date. Delivery delays are 2-3 business days from the moment the purchase is made and entered in our computer system. The items are always disassembled. If a purchased item is out of stock, you will be notified by email of the expected date of entry.

  • Free shipping of wall beds

Wall beds marked with the "free shipping" logo are delivered free of charge within a radius of 50 km and less from one of our stores. Passed 50 km, add the item to your cart and enter your city to know the shipping cost.
Installation is available in some cities for $215 + tax (see drop-down list when adding installation). If your city is not in the drop-down list, contact us to find out if the installation is possible and at what price.

  • Delivery of bigger items

Take advantage of our 49.99$ delivery fee within the 50 km range of all major cities close to one of our stores (Laval, Brossard and Ste-Rosalie) for selected bigger items that are not part of our free delivery program. Ex: Leather sofas, mattresses, dinning rooms, etc.

Additional fees can be charged if the delivery is beyond the 50 km range. For more details, make a purchase attempt and select your city to see the delivery fee, or contact our online service at 1(855) 687-6177.

As soon as your merchandise is ready do deliver, we will contact you to set a delivery date.

Balance owed must be paid in full, 4 days (96h) prior to delivery.

Our delivery service will deliver your merchandise between 8AM and 6PM from Monday to Saturday. To cancel a delivery, you must contact our online service at 1(855) 687-6177 at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise cancellation fees can be charged to your account.

Please decide upon the precise location where your merchandise must be placed before delivery so as to avoid any confusion or dammages that could be incurred during additional manipulation. Make sure that your merchandise will pass through door openings, staircases and other restraining places so we can deliver it to the chosen location. In rare cases, you will be asked to approve our procedure to allow us to deliver your merchandise to the desired location and sign a waiver releasing Boutique Tendance Inc from all responsibility due to damages to your property. If you live in an apartment building, please make sure we can use the elevator.

Our delivery service includes :

  1. A friendly and courteous service
  2. Your furniture will be placed as per your instructions. We will take care of removing the wrapping off your merchandise and installing your sofa legs, if applicable, leaving nothing behind but your new setup. An assembly service is also available for a minimal fee.
  3. Please be advised that our delivery people are not permitted, for insurance reasons, to manipulate or move other pieces of furniture than the one being delivered. Also be advised that they cannot remove their shoes. However, measures will be taken to protect your floor or carpet. 


  • Installation and Warranty of wall beds

1. All wall beds should be installed by our inatallers to benefit of our 5 year warranty under normal use, which is to close the bed after each usage. The warranty will also be reduced to 1 year if the mattress used in the wall bed was not purchased at Germain Larivière. The type of mattress and weight has an impact on the the calibration of the spring mechanism of the wall bed. The warranty covers the mechanism and its metal components. The warranty is not transferable. Transport costs and labor are not covered by warranty. The installation fees are never included and can vary depending on the complexity of the installation and the region where the merchandise is being delivered.

  • Customer service

Guaranty of merchandise. All purchased merchandise is covered by the manufacturer’s guaranty.If you notice damages or something broken during delivery or during pick up, you must advise the store immediately and have it inscribed on your bill or your delivery slip otherwise Boutique Tendance Inc. may refuse your request to fix the damage or break. All articles in our "clearance" section are final sales. These items may have small inperfections, they are all floor models.


  • Dimensions and product colors

All dimensions indicated on the site are approximate. We have tried to display the colors of the products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guaranty that the color you see on your screen is the same as the one of the picture displayed on the site.


  • Prices and financing
  1. All the prices posted on the web sites are in Canadian dollars. However Boutique Tendance Inc. can modify all prices without any advance warning, correct at all times, any price error and refuse to conclude a sale with an erroneous price.
  2. Subject to Fédération des caisses Desjardins du Québec ("the Federation") approval. All annua
    interest rates indicated are subject to change. The "Deferred payment, no payments or interest
    for..." offer allows the customer to use a credit card issued by the Federation ("the Card") to pay
    for a deferred payment purchase, without incurring interest during the period set at the time of
    purchase If this purchase is not paid in full by the due date, an annual interest rate of not more
    than 19.9% applies and it is converted into equal and consecutive payments due in 12 monthly
    instalments if the converted balance is less than $1,000; 24 monthly instalments if the converted
    balance is equal to or greater than $1,000 and less than $3,000; or in 36 monthly instalments if
    the converted balance is equal to or greater than $3,000. Annual interest rate on the card of not more than 19.9%. There is a 21-day, interest-free graceperiod on the card from the date the monthly statement is mailed or from the date it is made available in electronic format to settle the account without paying credit charges, except on cashadvances and cheques. Minimum card payment is 5% of the total of: the balance shown on the account statement for the previous period; credit charges on purchases and monthly instalments that have not been paid on the due date for the current period; regular purchases, cashadvances and cheques during the statement period and credit charges on cash advances andcheques. To which are added: monthly instalment(s) for the statement period, deferred payment purchases due on the statement date, past due amounts, and any other amount set out in thecard contract.   • Regular and special orders (Tag orders)

At Boutique Tendance inc., we offer our clients the opportunity to order furniture in a variety of colors, fabrics and almost unlimited configurations. We are in constant contact with our suppliers to verify the status of your order, however, Boutique tendances inc. cannot be held responsible for fabrication delays. If a delay was to occur, we will advise you and confirm a new delivery date. Special tag orders can not be cancelled nor modified.


  • Purchase policy

No sales contracts are cancelable without the consent of Boutique Tendance Inc. A cancellation fee in the amount of 50% of the purchase price could be demanded in case of a cancellation or a credit for futur purchase of the full amount of contract.
